Cascade washing station

Clean-washing of remaining salt residues on the rubber profiles.

The cascade construction causes simultaneously a salt enrichment in the cooling water of the first zone, and the effluent water can be conveyed to a salt recovery machine for disposal.

The cascade washing station consists of 3 zones with a length of approx. 2.000 mm each and a width of 400 mm (working width 350 mm) each.

The rubber profile is running in the washing area on transport rolls with no drive and simultaneously submerged in the water tank.

Cooling basin

This machine is used for the automatic cooling of rubber profile material. It is set up directly subsequent to the vulcanisation machine.

The rubber profile is lead directly from the vulcanisation machine into the cooling channel over an intake roll and is kept underwater over the whole length of the cooling section, so that the rubber profile is humidified with the cooling water.

When leaving the cooling basin the rubber profile is passing through an air drying nozzle.

Water and air cooling section

This machine is used for an automatic cooling of flocked rubber profile materials or PVC. It is set up directly subsequent to the flocking machine.

The rubber profile to be cooled is put on transport rolls without drive and lead through the cooling section.

For the cooling down the profile is blowed off with cold air.
