The oxidation catalytic converter for a power volume of 1.000 up to 3.000 m³/h is built with a burning chamber and a container including the catalytic converter.
The raw gas contaminated with organic pollutants is pushed through the machine with the aid of a fan.
The raw gas first reaches the burning chamber, where it is heated up to approx. 450° C.
Afterwards, it flows through the catalyst bed where the harmful substances are oxidized. Behind the catalytic converter there is a connecting piece through which the cleansed exhaust gas can be conveyed with the aid of a pipeline to the atmosphere or to the hot-air unit.
