Flock cleaning device
Turbo cleaning:
Turbo cleaning for cleaning of the rubber profile immediately after flocking with a filter unit for flock collection ( recycling).
This unit is installed behind the flocking unit. Six flexible nozzles , each separately adjustable, are arranged inside of this unit. Compressed air adjustable from 0.5 to 6 bar.
The cleaned flock in this device is drawn off through a pipeline system in a filter unit and there kept in a collecting basin.
Brush machine:
Three rotating brushes are installed for the cleaning of the profiles, two of them situated on the upper side and one on the lower side.
The brushes are driven each by an alternating-current motor with adjustable speed.
The clamping pressure of the brushes is adjustable.
