Hot Air Vulcanisation Channel

The machine consists of individual segments of 3 meters in length, bolted onto each other, whereas the individual zones can be heated.

The above described hot air channel is working according to the system of increasing air turbulences in and against profile running direction.

The highest degree of efficiency of the machine can be reached due to the alignment of the natural gas burners.
