We would like to be at your disposal for an expert advice concerning a new construction of complete equipments or the extension of existing plants.Your ideas or existing plans will be analyzed and your proposals developed for an optimal design of the respective machines or of complete equipments as well as for the respective technology.

PLANNING

The planning begins with the placing of order and includes the compilation of final drawings. Furthermore it will be possible to ask us to intervene with regard to the ordering of units to be built on site or accessories in order to get only sophisticated products for the completion of the installation. This will be done in coordination with our development team.

DEVELOPMENT

After the compilation of all technical dates for production the development of the equipment is realized. The results are summarized in a detailed quotation. This quotation will also show you the scope of delivery concerning machines, units and accessories, as well as examples of plans for the most functional placing of the respective machines. In a final conference all details concerning the machines and the technical process will be discussed. Your special requests will be mostly taken into consideration provided they are technically practicable.

CONSTRUCTION

The construction of the respective machines is described in detail in our order confirmation. All models are built strictly according the legal regulations valid for the time being. Falling within these rules: the machine protective law, the accident prevention regulations (VBG) and the regulations for the electrical equipment (according VDE or the valid regulations in the respective countries). After the setting up the functional efficiency of each unit is being checked on the test facility. The respective dates are recorded in a test certificate. All machines are “state-of-the art” , ruggedly well-built and their operation system easy to handle. The constructions are designed in such a way that with a minimum of energy performance you will have an extreme high efficiency and a maximum utilization ratio.

SERVICE

Our service is including the installation work as well as the commissioning of our delivered machines.This service will also include the procedural schooling of the operating staff. When scheduling in time and adhering to a specified time table, it will be possible to start the production immediately after completion of the installation. In order to guarantee a failure-free operation, especially for installation in foreign countries and overseas, we will work out spare-parts recommendations for the respective units. Furthermore, our technicians are going from time to time on customer-service journey in order to keep a close contact between you and our company.
