Roughening machine

Roughening machine with 4 or more brushes.

The sections of the profile onto the adhesive is applied must be roughened. This treatment is recommended especially to ensure a good adhesion on EPDM-profiles.

The roughening machine is suitable for continuous roughening of rubber-profiles on the upper side (adhesive flock surface).

Each brush is individually adjustable, horizontally, vertically. The drive of each brush can be regulated continuously with a drive power, the actual speed is displayed digitally.

Each brush is equipped with a suction cover for the dust removal.
