Based on the company motto “The Art of Vulcanization”, TSM GmbH, founded in 2005 by company owner Georg Tsiwikis, has successfully established itself as a market leader on the international market within a very short time.
TSM GmbH & Co. KG has been part of the Rameckers Group since mid-2021. The Rameckers Group is a family-run company with over 50 years of experience in the production of vulcanization systems.
Our motto is the guiding principle of our entrepreneurial thinking and actions. It obliges us to always meet our high standards of developing innovative and high-quality products and translating the needs of our customers worldwide into concrete, first-class solutions. At the same time, it is the motivation for our constant improvement and further development.
“TSM GmbH & Co. KG” offers a wide portfolio of machines for rubber processing and vulcanization and offers customers turnkey projects.
In addition to extruders, hot air, infrared and microwave systems, flock technology systems for surface finishing and other downstream systems are also offered.

Advice
We are happy to provide you with expert advice on setting up new, complete systems or expanding existing production facilities.
Your ideas or existing plans will be analyzed by experts and suggestions will be developed for the optimal design of individual machines or complete systems as well as the corresponding process technologies.

Planning begins with the placement of your order and includes the preparation of finalised drawing documents.
It is also possible to involve us in the procurement of units or accessories to be provided by the customer so that only technically mature products are used to complete the system in consultation with our project planning group.
Projektierung
After compiling all the technical production data, an experienced team of engineers will carry out the planning of the system. The results are summarized in a detailed offer, which shows the scope of delivery of machines, units and accessories as well as the plan examples for the appropriate placement of the individual machines.
In a final meeting, all details relating to the machines and the technical process will be discussed in detail once again. Your special wishes, provided they can be implemented technically, will be taken into account as much as possible.
execution
The design of the individual machines is described in detail in our order confirmation. All models are built strictly in accordance with the regulations currently in force. These include the Machine Protection Act (MSG), the Accident Prevention Regulations (VBG) and the regulations for electrical equipment (according to VDE or the conditions applicable in the respective countries).
After assembly, the functionality of each individual unit is checked. The relevant data is recorded in an acceptance report. All machines are state-of-the-art, robustly built and easy to operate. All designs are designed to achieve extremely high performance and optimum utilization with a minimum of energy consumption.
