vacuum extruder
Our vacuum extruders are ideal for producing pore-free profiles and hoses. During vacuum extrusion, volatile components are removed from the rubber mixture using a special screw and a degassing cylinder to which a vacuum pump is connected.
Our vacuum extruders are preferably used in continuous, pressureless vulcanization lines.
silicone extruder
Together with the Aachen Plastics Institute (IKV), we have developed a particularly modern and intelligent extruder. Process parameters can be monitored and controlled using OPCUA interfaces and extensive sensor technology.
coextrusion lines
Our coextrusion systems are suitable, especially thanks to our space-saving solutions, for extruding several components at the same time and, if required, providing them with metal reinforcement.
This enables you to produce multi-layer rubber profiles. The arrangement of our extruders can be flexibly designed to suit your needs.
extrusion tools
In addition to our extrusion systems, we develop and manufacture extrusion heads and coextrusion tools according to your requirements.

Our new standard extruders are available in various sizes. They are suitable for processing all extrudable rubber compounds and have a particularly compact design.
