Flock is a frequently used form of finishing for profiles and seals. We offer you the system technology for all aspects of flock application. In addition to flock drums for applying the flock, we also offer you the necessary drying units.
Flocking machine with a dosing brush length of approx. 1000 mm and a dosing brush diameter of approx. 200 mm, in combination with a drum dosing unit. The dosing unit is height-adjustable to the rubber profile and installed in the drum.
This flocking machine can also be supplied with automatic filling on customer request.
This flocking machine does not require an air conditioning cabin.
In addition, we offer a variety of innovative solutions, such as flock cleaning devices or turbo cleaners for flocked rubber profiles and EPF, an electro-pneumatic flocking system. Internal temperature management eliminates the need for complex climate chambers.
At the customer's request, this flocking system can also be supplied with automatic filling.
You need a flock drying system. We offer various forms of heating for this, such as hot air and infrared drying systems.
