TSM hot air systems are characterized by their turbulent hot air flow and their low energy consumption.

The temperature range in the shock version extends up to 500°C. We offer a wide range of products in lengths between 3,000mm and 21,000mm.

Whether as a shock channel for rapid product heating, or as a classic vulcanization system and temperature holding line, we offer you the solution tailored to your products

The hot air vulcanization system is not only used for vulcanization. In the machine network of a complete production line, it can also be used as a drying unit for painted or flocked products.

The hot air vulcanization system consists of 3 meter long individual segments and thus offers a variable configuration depending on the application.

Either energy-saving circulating air gas burner systems or electrically operated heating registers are used for heating.
