Hot Air Shock Channel

It should be used as one of the first downstream units after the extruder or the NIRV device. Due to the special hot air feed of the system as well as the temperature of over 550°C, the system can be optimally adjusted to the respective rubber profile to be vulcanized. Shock vulcanization stabilizes the geometries and starts the fastest possible vulcanization reaction at the surface.
Depending on the setting, surface temperatures of over 200° C can be achieved at the profile surfaces after leaving the system.
